By placing an order with Alexis Anne Grant Art ("Artist," "we," "us," or "our"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all orders placed through alexisannegrantart.com.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All artwork created by Alexis Anne Grant is protected by copyright law. The Artist retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to all original artwork, including commissioned pieces, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, altered, or used to create derivative works without the Artist's prior written permission.

The Artist reserves the right to photograph and display commissioned artwork on the website, social media platforms, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing.

Lead Time

Because each piece is handmade and custom painted, processing times vary depending on the medium, size, complexity, and current order volume.

Estimated completion times generally range from 6–10 weeks, but may be longer during holidays, seasonal sales, or periods of high demand. Any significant delays will be communicated to the customer.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time an order is placed.

No work will begin until payment has been received and processed. All products remain the property of Alexis Anne Grant Art until full payment has been made.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Alexis Anne Grant Art does not store or have access to customers' credit card information.

Sales Tax

Alexis Anne Grant Art is a registered business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Applicable sales tax will be collected on orders where required by law.

Customer Approval

Customers will receive photographs of their completed artwork for review prior to sealing and shipping.

Reasonable color and detail adjustments may be requested during the approval process. Once the customer approves the artwork and it has been sealed, no further modifications can be made.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the custom and personalized nature of commissioned artwork, all sales are final.

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not accepted once work has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Alexis Anne Grant Art within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging so a claim may be filed with the shipping carrier.

Shipping

All orders are shipped fully insured and include tracking information.

Orders are typically shipped through USPS unless otherwise arranged. Alexis Anne Grant Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexis Anne Grant Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.
